Mediation is an affordable alternative to litigation, but it is also a commitment and an investment in your future. I work with couples who are serious about reaching a resolution and willing to put in the effort to get there.
I charge an hourly rate, which gives you control over the total cost. The more efficiently you work together—both in and outside of our sessions—the more cost-effective the process will be. Preparing in advance, being open to discussion, and staying focused on solutions can significantly reduce the time (and expense) required.
On average, mediation costs range from $3,500 to $7,000, depending on the complexity of your case and how you approach the process. My goal is to help you reach a comprehensive, cost-effective resolution that not only finalizes your divorce but also prevents unnecessary legal battles in the future.
